We have also included Master Cheesemaker, Joe Widmer’s, Two Year Cheddar, a true Wisconsin favorite. To complement this special collection we have added Tartufo Salami from Creminelli Fine Meats. This all natural dry cured salami is made with all natural pork, black truffles and a mellow spice blend.
