This special hand-wrapped collection of cheeses includes some of the Schoolhouse top sellers, and is packed in one of our custom made signature wooden gift boxes. This truly special collection includes Dunbarton Blue, from Roelli Cheese Haus in Shullsburg, Iowa County. This cave aged rustic rind Cheddar has just a hint of blue, open-air cured on wood shelves producing a slightly spicy and gentle earthy flavor. Pleasant Ridge Reserve from Upland Cheese is a grass-fed, raw milk alpine style cheese that is slightly nutty with subtle floral notes creating a caramel flavor that matures with age. This cheese has become the most celebrated cheese in the U.S. Rounding out the collection is Bleu Mont Dairy’s Bandaged Cheddar. This British farmhouse-style cheddar is cloth-bound and cave aged for big flavor and a great balance. To complement these three special cheeses, we have included a Bolzano Old School Salami. This all natural dry cured salami has a savory down-to-earth flavor, seasoned with aromatic garlic and rustic cracked black pepper. Also included is a natural slate serving board, a Kuhn Rikon knife and honey from Ames Farms.
